The API key of the site (or site-group) that contains the user or IP address to unlock.
|||loginID||string||The loginID of the user whose account is to be unlocked (email or username; dependent upon schema). You must pass either a loginID, UID or ip.|

Each REST API request must contain identification and authorization parameters.
