Gigya provides a status page that displays the current system status.

Note: Outage status (Notification Section) is only available for current Gigya customers who are not in a trial period.

In order to view the page:

  • Please go to and sign in.

  • Click the 'Support' link on the upper menu:

  • Click the link in the footer of the Support Portal:



The first section displays the Notifications table. 

The Notification table lists the currently open and resolved issues.

The issues are listed in descending order; the last issue is shown first. To view all the available details for an issue, click on the entry in the table and expand it.

If the table is empty it will not be displayed.
