Gigya’s integration with SAP CRM offers easy and efficient introduction of Gigya's rich, permission-based social data and other profile info into SAP’s customer management platform.
The integration synchronizes user data between Gigya and SAP CRM in near-realtime and supports the following flows:
- Update Profile
- Reset Password
- Email Verification
All communications between the integration, Gigya and SAP are handled via HTTPS.
