Lytics is a Customer Data Platform which helps automate personalized marketing experiences. Lytics enables importing user identities from multiple sources, matching the relevant IDs and creating rich user profiles which include detailed data on customer identity, preferences and engagement.

Connecting Gigya and Lytics helps you create data-driven marketing campaigns by combining real-time customer engagement with existing social and login based identity data. The connection is available both outbound and inbound, allowing you to export users from your Gigya database into Lytics, enrich their profiles with the data available there, and import the enriched profiles back into Gigya.
