Highlights

The Highlights tab includes a selection of data panes from various other tabs, providing a quick impression of your users.

  • Gender - Audience broken down by gender.
  • Age - Shows the average age and the age distribution of audience members.
  • Top Likes - The audience's 16 most liked pages, shown with profile images. 
  • Profiles - User names and pictures that can be clicked to open the user's profile in Identity Access.

Interests

Interests provides an overview of your audience's tastes based on Facebook's like data. All i nterest data panes show audience percentiles .  Images can be clicked to open the relevant Facebook pages.

  • Top Like Categories - The audience's 6 most common categories to which liked pages belong.
  • Top Likes - The audience's 12 most liked pages (per page), shown with profile images.
  • Favorite Movies - The audience's 6 most liked movies (per page).
  • Favorite Music - The audience's 6 most liked bands/musicians (per page).
  • Favorite TV Shows - The audience's 6 most liked TV shows (per page).

  • Favorite Books - The audience's 6 most liked books (per page).

Social Activity

Social Activity measures the extent of user social interaction across the social networks to which your users belong. This feature relies on Gigya Signals , which requires activation. 

Each data pane shows the average count per audience member and a horizontal bar chart with audience percentiles. Use the period drop-down list to set the time range for which activities are displayed. 

 

  • Shares - Shows the number of shares per user, based on counts of the Share plugin, APIs or user actions.
  • Comments - Shows the number of comments per user, based on counts of the Comments plug-in and Comment APIs.
  • Ratings - Shows the number of ratings and reviews per user, based on counts of the Ratings & Review plug-in.
  • Reactions - Shows the number of reactions per user, based on counts of the Reactions plugin.
  • GM Level-Ups - Shows the number of users who reached a new level in sites implementing Gigya's Loyalty - Gamification and User Behavior. Gamification awards users points for performing social-actions within the site and a level-up occurs when a user meets a challenge and moves forward to a new level.  

Revenue Activity

Revenue Activity measures the extent to which site users engage in income-generating activity. This feature relies on Gigya Signals , which requires activation. Revenue activity measurement requires implementation of counters during activity at your site and is the only CI tab requiring user implementation. 

Each data pane shows horizontal bar charts with audience percentiles and an average per user. Use the period drop-down list to set the time range for which activities are counted.
 

  • Top Content - Shows which of your site's pages were most frequented by users. 
  • Purchases - Shows the average number of purchases and a breakdown of purchase frequency per user for users who made a purchase.
  • Purchase Amount - Shows the average purchase amount and a breakdown of purchase amount per user for users who made a purchase. Currency is according to the default currency for your site.
  • Ad-Clicks -  Shows the average number of clicks and breakdown of clicks per user for users who clicked on ads. 

Influence

Influence measures the prominence of the users in your selected audience.    This feature relies on Gigya Signals , which requires activation. Data is taken from all social networks which support the relevant activities.

Each data pane shows the average count per audience member and a horizontal bar chart with audience percentiles. Use the  period  drop-down list to set the time range for which Clickbacks and Comment votes are counted.

  • Followers Count - The number of followers per user.
  • Referral Clicks - The number of times a link shared by the user was clicked.  
  • Up-votes Received- The number of thumbs up (up-votes) given to the user's comments by other users. 
  • No labels
