The Best Practice Implementation recommended for RaaS is provided by default. It is all ready for you, all you have to do is load a screen-set to your web page where suitable using the accounts.showScreenSet API method.

  1. Go to the Screen-Set Tool page after logging into Gigya's Console. Opening the page creates a list of four predefined default screen-sets. To see the names of the default screen-sets see here. You can view or edit a screen-set by clicking the UI Builder link.
  2. After you have opened the Screen-Set Tool page, open the Policies page in Gigya's site.  Set the Default Screen-Set for the Web to: Default-RegistrationLogin and for Mobile to: Default-RegistrationLoginthen press Save Settings (at the bottom).
  3. Load a screen-set to your web page where suitable using the accounts.showScreenSet API method.
For example, to show the Default-RegistrationLogin screen-set when the user clicks the Login link on your web page:

    <a href="#" onclick="gigya.accounts.showScreenSet({screenSet:'Default-RegistrationLogin'});">Login</a>
  4. As of October 26th, 2015 any screen-set collections created are responsive and will function on both desktop and mobile devices.

Note: You must include the deviceType: 'auto' tag in either the Global Conf object or as a parameter of the API method as well as including the following meta tag in the html header section of your site in order to display mobile screen-sets on mobile devices correctly:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width"// This must be the first item beneath the document <title></title> of the <head> section of your page!

Take a look at the complete working example.

That's all there is to it! Now you can learn how to customize your implementation using the Tools specified below.
